Use of Website

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate inquiries about our spice products. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

Product Information

• All product images are for illustration purposes
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Product availability may vary based on season and demand
• Final pricing will be confirmed via WhatsApp communication

Orders & Payments

Orders are placed through the checkout on this website and paid online through our payment partner, Cashfree, which accepts UPI, debit and credit cards, and netbanking. We do not see or store your card or UPI details. You can also reach us on WhatsApp for bulk enquiries and we will raise the order for you. By placing an order:

• You confirm that the delivery address, phone number and email you provide are accurate
• Orders are subject to product availability and are confirmed once payment succeeds
• All prices shown are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India.

• Delivery charge: a flat ₹149 on orders below ₹1,500. Delivery is free on orders of ₹1,500 and above.
• Dispatch: orders are packed and handed to the courier within one working day of payment.
• Delivery time: typically 5–8 days from dispatch, depending on your location. Remote pin codes and public holidays can add a few days.
• Tracking: you can follow your order at any time from the Track Order page using your order number, and we email you when the status changes.

Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel an order yourself from the Track Order page — enter your order number, verify the one-time code we email you, and confirm the cancellation.

• Cancellation is available while an order is still placed, confirmed or packed. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled online.
• When a cancellation goes through, the refund is raised automatically to your original payment method through Cashfree. Banks typically take 5–7 working days to post it.
• If your order has already shipped and you no longer want it, contact us before it is delivered and we will help where we can.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of AK Spices & Herbs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

AK Spices & Herbs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products, except as required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
